Freds’ Total Service is a family owned and operated company, with three generations to serve our customers. Founded in 1977, Fred’s would soon become Freds’, and Jared would add his talents in 2000. Through 40+ years, our education and experiences have rounded out our knowledge, to provide solutions to most any service issue.

 

We have been in operation since 1977, and Incorporated in 1989, requiring a new license number.

We are licensed for General and HVAC contracting, and service both residential and commercial projects. We are a long standing Bryant Premier Dealer.

Some of our sheet metal products are built in house, which gives us greater flexibility for scheduling and creating custom fittings to fit project needs.

Fred is a 55 year journeyman plumber and electrician, and holds a General Contracting license.

Fred Jr. holds the HVAC license, and performs all of the design, engineering, and implementation of our HVAC projects.

Jared handles the preventative maintenance and service for all of our commercial HVAC accounts.

Lucille is in the office, and the one you would most likely speak to on the phone.

A few of our long standing commercial customers are; Supercuts, Marks Hallmark Cards, KCRA 3, Del Norte Swim and Tennis, and Quail Pointe Shopping Center.

Commercial TI projects have included many locally, and in the Silicon Valley and the Central Valley. HFC, Beneficial Finance, Countrywide Home Loans, Foot Locker, American Eagle Outfitters, and KCRA 3, to name a few.
